UWEZO FUND AND KENYA WOMEN ENTERPRISE FUND WOMEN GROUP,JANUARY,2015:

VICDA with the help of the community has been able to recruit 29 Women groups to benefit with Uwezo and Women Enterprise Fund which has been channeled by the Kenya Government through the Community Development Fund(CDF) office in Rongai Nakuru;

VICDA is working hand in hand with Rongai Member of Parliament and CDF office to ensure Lemolo Women Groups community are part of the Funds beneficiaries to enable them to start small businesses to boost economic growth;

b) In Haji Farm Community in Subukia Constituency in Nakuru,Kenya:

VICDA is also working with this community in support of women empowerment through recruitment of women groups with the help of  Subukia Member of Parliament and CDF office. These groups will also benefit from Uwezo Funds which has also been channeled by the Kenya Government through the Area Member of Parliament and his team; So far, 12 Women groups have been recruited and VICDA is working hard to have additional more women and Youth groups recruited;Youth are benefiting from Youth Fund which is also a Kenya government Kitty;
